Christian J. Jensen
Christian J. Jensen focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation, including business and consumer fraud, construction and employment law. Christian represents clients in State and Federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, as well as in various alternative dispute resolution forums.
Christian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a Presidential Scholar. Prior to joining OlenderFeldman LLP, Christian was associated with one of New Jersey’s largest and most respected law firms. Christian is admitted to practice before the State courts in New Jersey and New York, as well as the District Court for the District of New Jersey and the District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Christian was nominated and recognized by his peers in SuperLawyers as a 2013 Rising Star, a distinction bestowed on less than 2.5 percent of attorneys in New Jersey. In addition, Christian is a member of the American, New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations.
