Kurt D. Olender
Kurt D. Olender focuses on the representation of companies in all facets of their business, including corporate formation and structure, business strategy and deal negotiation (merger and acquisition and capital raising), complex contract negotiation and drafting (including joint venturing, licensing, development and services agreements) and protection of intellectual property (including trademark registration and prosecution, copyright, and computer and technology law). He represents primarily closely held companies in a variety of industries, including retail, fashion, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, media, ecommerce and computer technologies, with a high level of concentration in representing technology companies.
Kurt provides a wealth of business knowledge and background to his clients, spending a significant amount of time assisting companies in their critical management, operational and strategic business decisions, enabling clients to execute on their business model more efficiently and cost effectively.
Kurt earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Rochester and his J.D. from the Syracuse College of Law. He is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts in New Jersey and New York, and is a member of the New Jersey, New York and American Bar.
