Louis A. Zambrio

Louis A. Zambrio focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and securities and business law, representing entrepreneurs and closely held businesses in a variety of industries. Louis provides a broad range of corporate related services, counseling his clients in all stages of their businesses including formation structures, employment and corporate related matters, venture and debt based transactions, as well as general business contracts. In addition, Louis counsels his clients on securities related matters and mergers and acquisitions.

Louis was a business law adjunct professor at Montclair State University and Kean University. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York and a Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York. He is a member of the bar in New York and New Jersey.
