Mark D. Miller

Mark D. Miller provides broad based representation to individuals and companies in a variety of industries, both in litigation and in corporate related matters. Mark is a seasoned litigator, assisting clients in civil and commercial matters covering a wide range of subject areas, including Probate, commercial and construction matters, and intellectual property. He appears regularly before the State and Federal courts in New Jersey and New York as well as in alternate dispute resolution forums.

Mark also provides a broad range of corporate related services. Mark counsels his clients in all stages of their businesses including formation, sales and purchases of businesses, leases, joint ventures, employment matters and financial transactions.

Mark was the founding principal of The Law Office of Mark D. Miller in Morris Plains, New Jersey. Prior to forming his own firm, he worked with Carella, Byrne; Giordano, Halleran; and Hannoch Weisman. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden N.J. He is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey, the State of New York and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
