Henry Forcier

Henry (“Hank”) Forcier is a partner in OlenderFeldman LLP’s Corporate practice group, with a practice focused on advising mid-market and emerging companies at all stages of the corporate growth cycle.  He advises clients in a broad range of business and corporate transactions including business organization, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract negotiation, and general corporate matters.

With more than 25 years in private practice, Hank has represented publicly traded companies, private businesses and their founders and principals, as well as private equity groups and individual investors, as purchasers and sellers, in varied merger and acquisition contexts, including stock sales and purchases, asset sales and purchases, exchange/tender offers, spin-offs, consolidations, restructurings, and liquidations.  Hank also advises clients in connection with a wide range of other commercial transactions , including distribution and supply agreements, trademark licensing, joint ventures, as well as consulting and other services agreements.  In addition, Hank works on issues involving founders and senior executives including the negotiation of employment and separation agreements.

Hank has worked with businesses of varying sizes and in a variety of sectors including the information, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare and life sciences, textile, retail, and entertainment industries.

Before joining OlenderFeldman, Hank was a shareholder at a mid-town Manhattan firm where he represented a number of metropolitan-area, regional, national, and international companies in connection with their mergers and acquisitions, contract and other commercial activities, and on varied general corporate matters.

Hank earned his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his B.A. from Providence College.  He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
