Meredith Sueyoshi is an Associate in OlenderFeldman’s Corporate/M&A practice group.
Meredith advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general business counseling. She represents private companies, founders, and investors across a variety of industries and assists clients in structuring and executing complex business transactions. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating asset and equity purchase agreements, as well as related transaction documents.
Meredith also regularly works with founders and family-owned businesses to structure new entities and prepare operating agreements and other governance documents that support long-term ownership, succession, and management planning.
Meredith earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining the firm, Meredith was an associate at Morrison Cohen LLP and served as in-house counsel at an investment firm in New York City. She began her legal career at Blank Rome LLP.
Meredith is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New York.
