Niharika (Niha) Reddy is an Associate in OlenderFeldman's Corporate/M&A/Technology Services group.
Prior to joining the Firm, Niha worked as a corporate associate at two international law firms, advising clients on complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and general corporate counselling and compliance. Niha has worked with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and other private companies across an array of industries, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, food and beverage, and professional services and marketing.
Niha’s corporate experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and ancillary contracts, structuring comprehensive credit agreements for leveraged buyouts, and preparing high-yield indenture covenant packages, security agreements, and collateral documentation.
Niha received her JD from University of Illinois College of Law at Urbana-Champaign and her undergraduate degrees in Software Engineering and Management Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology.
