Paul Lee

Paul Lee focuses his practice on general corporate matters, venture capital and mergers & acquisitions.

With more than 20 years of global legal experience, Paul’s experience extends to advising early-stage companies to large conglomerates in their structuring, corporate governance, licensing agreements, commercial contracts, venture capital and acquisitions.  He has negotiated hedging instruments and derivative contracts with major market makers around the world.  Paul has also represented energy companies, general contractors and financiers negotiating turnkey EPC(M) projects throughout the United States and Asia.

Paul’s experience extends to private practice at major law firms in New York and Asia.  He has also served as in-house counsel in New York City and as an associate general counsel in Asia  for a large international bank.

Paul is also an active grant reviewer for the National Science Foundation and a regular speaker on corporations and tech transfer at incubators/accelerators throughout the country.

Paul earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.S. in Biology from SUNY at Binghamton.  He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
